When I first started on my path, I had no idea what kind of witch I was—or even what kind I wanted to be. I just knew I was a witch. I could feel it deep in my bones, even as a little girl. Every Halloween? Witch costume. Every “what do you want to be when you grow up?” moment? Witch… or vampire. (That vampire thing didn’t quite work out for me though 😂)

As I got older, that calling never really went away—it just got buried under the chaos of life: kids, work, and all the usual grown-up things. But when I hit 50, I decided it was time to live my life, my way. I dove into witchcraft headfirst—reading, researching, and soaking in everything I could find.

At first, I thought I might be Wiccan, but that path didn’t quite fit. I found myself drawn to bits and pieces from many traditions, pulling what resonated and leaving the rest. That’s how I became what I am now: an eclectic gray witch who leans green. My practice is ever-evolving—just like me.

And no, I was never going to be a white witch (if you know me, you already knew that! 😈). I never imagined I’d become a green witch either, especially since I used to have the magical ability to kill every houseplant I met. But here I am—completely in love with herbs, oils, and crafting my own blends.

Hecate made herself known to me a while back, and she's been guiding me ever since. I also work with Gaia and, from time to time, even Buddha and other divine energies. I’m deeply grateful for all the wisdom and presence they bring into my life.

One thing I’ve learned? Witchcraft isn’t something you “graduate” from. It’s a lifelong path. You’re always learning, shifting, and growing. So if you check back in a month—or a year—I might be walking a whole new path. That’s just how it works. Never say never.
